We participate with many insurances. With the new Health Care Law, there are many different plans offered. We encourage you to confirm our participation in the plans network by calling the member services number located on your card or checking your insurance companies website. We also ask that you list South Hills Family Medicine as your Primary Care Physician when you call.
Many insurances require patients to pay for a portion of their care. Copayments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, & Discover
Once your claim has been filed, you may be responsible for additional amounts of deductibles, co-insurances or non covered items/services. We will bill you for any remaining balances after your claim has been processed and request that you make payment or payment arrangements.
